Sylvester and Beckie at Fynn Physio are the loveliest and most talented physiotherapists. I have been seeing Sylvester for rehabilitation after I fractured my right wrist and tibial plateau (a rare fracture just below my knee which required surgery). After 2 months in a wheelchair, learning to walk again was a daunting task. And yet, 2 weeks into my twice weekly sessions with Sylvester, I am able to walk without crutches and no pain. The progress I've made by seeing Sylvester has been incredible, and I feel so lucky that I've managed to find the best care during these difficult times. Fynn Physio is a real gem in the idyllic Suffolk countryside. I would highly recommend it to anyone suffering pain or needing rehabilitation.

I have been Seeing Sylvester since October with a rotator cuff injury and lower back pain. The location is stunning and he is the most genuine and caring person, who wants the best recovery possible for you. He is creative in his thinking and completely holistic in how he looks at the issues. If I had not gone, the injuries would not have healed naturally. My shoulder is improving and I’m loving using the resistance bands. My lower back and tight glutes are also improving with the use of SWT and stretches/ exercises etc. I am even able to do Couch - 5K which is fantastic!! The last time I saw him I had twisted my ankle which was very bruised, swollen and painful. He taped this for me and within days the bruising has come out and I’m able to take the dog out for long walks again - thanks Sylvester!

I've always struggled with flexibility in my lower legs/ankles and extreme tightness in my calf muscles, which has a big impact on my ability to do certain exercises or workouts. After my first appointment I already feel slight better. The shockwave treatment Sylvester used is very affective. He’s also given me a step by step plan to work on each week. I have quite a long way to go due to a few areas that need building up but after my first session with Sylvester I feel much better about it and believe I can actually achieve the strength and flexibility I need to able to enjoy exercise. It’s also a really lovely vibe, very relaxed, clean and peaceful. I’d highly recommend Fynn Physio.
